What an Annual Preventative Maintenance Agreement is:

This is a program for customers who want to regain the efficiency and power of their currently operating unit for fractions of the price if would be to buy a new unit.

The program consists of:

  • Two annual visits by our service technicians for preventative check-ups.
  • Free Service Calls.
  • 15% off Parts & Labor.
  • Preferential scheduling over non-agreement customers.

What this Agreement isnt:

This is not a program for units which are broken and take several service calls a year to fix.  For problems such as that, you may want to look into purchasing a new, high efficiency unit which have extensive factory warranties.  We can help you select the right unit for your home or business!

FOR A/C AND HEAT PUMP

  1. Code violation
  2. Operation of disconnected box
  3. Condensor coil damage, blockage or leaks
  4. Condensor motor end play, noise and AMP draw
  5. Evaporator motor end play, noise and AMP draw
  6. Blower wheel for end play and damage
  7. Refrigerant charge by superheat
  8. Excessive wear of contractor and relays
  9. Defective wiring
  10. Tightness of all connections
  11. Necessary motor lubricant
  12. Temperature split at return and supply
  13. Air Filters
  14. Thermostat operation

FOR FURNACE AND GAS PACK

  1. Gas line leaks and necessary repair
  2. Proper pilot light
  3. Proper flame at burners
  4. Filter(s)
  5. Operation of fan limit switch
  6. Blower motor & wheel noise and end play
  7. Combustion air opening blockage
  8. Proper installation and blockage of flue pipe
  9. Proper operation of heat exchanger
  10. Proper placement and security of all panels

FOR EVAPORATIVE COOLERS

  1. Code violations and proper disconnect
  2. Pads
  3. Proper pump and float adjustments
  4. Belts
  5. Proper damper operation
  6. Necessary oil in bearings & motor
  7. AMP draw on motor
  8. Tightness of all electrical connections
