Absolute Comfort Cooling & Heating is family owned and operated. In 1955 my Great Uncle Val began serving the Phoenix area. Life was much different in the 1950’s. If an elderly homeowner called in the middle night with no heat, my Great Uncle would be there within the hour. His first concern was the health & safety of each homeowner. He passed his work ethic down to my father, Frank Boyajian, who eventually took over the day to day operations.

Over the years my Dad continued to grow the HVAC business, adding more employees and servicing more cities throughout Arizona. Advancements in technology have changed to more efficient methods of cooling and heating homes. In 1998 I became President of Absolute Comfort Cooling & Heating. I have spent more than 30 years in the HVAC industry specializing in energy efficiency. I still believe a homeowner’s health & safety takes priority, but my main goal is keeping a homeowner’s monthly operating costs down without sacrificing their comfort.

Frank Boyajian

Frank Boyajian boasts over 50 years in the HVAC Industry. Frank grew upin Phoenix and feels blessed to call Arizona his home. He enjoys coming to work every day and looks forward to working with you for all your home comfort needs.

Lance Boyajian

Senior Estimator

Lance Boyajian has over 25 years experience in both the HVAC and building industries. A Phoenix native, Lance grew up in Maryvale, and enjoys spending time with his family. Lance is an avid football fan!

Born and raised in Phoenix. I love spending time with my family and going fishing. I have been in the residential construction industry over 30 years. I am blessed to have a career that I love.

Chrissy Boyajian

Bookkeeper

Chrissy Boyajian grew up in Phoenix, and enjoys spending time with her family. Chrissy also likes to travel in her free time.

Kaldon Zomaya

Master Technician

Kaldon Zomaya was born in Chicago, Illinois and moved to Arizona at the age of 15. Kaldon has worked in HVAC for over 15 years. He enjoys collecting movies, paintballing and hunting as well as spending time with his family.

Jesus Rosales

Lead Installer

Jesus Rosales was born in Michoacan, Mexico and moved to Phoenix when he was 14 years old. He is an Assistant Track & Field and Cross Country Coach at a Phoenix area High School. He enjoys running, traveling and spending time with his family.
